Mental Resilience & Physical Wellbeing
We deliver a bespoke service from comprehensive training courses to weekly bite sized workshops which can easily be incorporated into the working day. Employees gain a better understanding of ways to improve upon their physical and emotional wellbeing.
Our Personal Resilience Mindfulness Sessions have proved effective in reducing stress levels in participants by an average of 68%!
Topics include information on healthy eating, stress management and awareness, better sleep as well as weekly mindfulness meditation and relaxation techniques.
